Established in 1991, Lukfook Group (International) Limited (the “Company”) and its subsidiaries (collectively, the “Group”) are one of the major jewellery retailers in Hong Kong and the Mainland of China. The Group is mainly engaged in the procurement, design, wholesale, trademark licensing and retail business of various yellow and platinum jewellery and jewelry products. The Group currently has more than 3,100 retail outlets in 11 countries and regions in Hong Kong, Macau, China, the Mainland, Malaysia, Cambodia, the Philippines, Laos, Thailand, the United States, Canada and Australia. The Company was listed on the main board of the Stock Exchange of Hong Kong Limited (“Stock Exchange”) in May 1997.
