The first Chaozhou restaurant under the Environmental Science International Group was founded in 1984. The main business of its Hong Kong subsidiary is to operate a Chinese restaurant chain specializing in Chaozhou cuisine in Hong Kong. The Group also developed a new business in 2002 to produce eco-friendly tableware.
