Domicao International Holdings Limited (“Domicao”) is mainly engaged in the distribution of third party brand petrochemical products and the sale of private label lubricants in Hong Kong. Domicao International Holdings Limited is also an authorized fleet card agent for an international oil company in Hong Kong. Domicor's petrochemical product portfolio includes (i) diesel; (ii) lubricants (including private label lubricants and third party brand lubricants); and (iii) other petrochemical products such as asphalt. Domicao is also an authorized agent for fleet cards issued by an international oil company. During the performance period, Domicao purchased batches of semi-manufactured lubricants and/or finished lubricants from overseas suppliers for internal blending and/or repackaging, which became wholesale and retail packages for sale in Hong Kong.
